Support

When reaching out to Enernite Support, we will need information from you to help us troubleshoot. This article will show how you can help us help you!

Bug

Have you run into an issue where the Enernite Platform doesn’t do what you expected? A bug is any case where reality doesn’t match the documentation or specification. When raising a bug report you will be asked to provide information about what you’ve done, what happened, and what you expected to happen.

Documentation Issue

When you find something in our documentation that is obviously wrong or hard to understand, you can let us know and we’ll fix it (and of course answer any questions you have!)

When you report an issue with documentation, we will ask for the following information:

  • A URL to the document
  • A short description of the issue

Technical Support

Technical support questions are for any technical issues or questions that are not bugs or incidents. This is where you ask “how do I implement this?” or “Why do we get this warning?”.

When raising a technical support request there’s almost no required information, we’re simply asking you to be as specific as possible. Explain what you’ve tried, what you want to achieve, or what you need us to do. If you’ve tried something and didn’t achieve the results you expected, explain what happened. Screenshots, screen recordings, and code snippets are very welcome – anything that helps us better understand what you’re asking or what you’re trying to achieve!
